When I was 24 years old, I really started getting into personal training.

See, at the time, I was going to school full-time and working full-time.  I actually never really liked either one of them too much, but I was spending a lot of time doing both of them.

But instead, I found joy in something else.  I found so much joy in working with my friends and family, and training them so they can reach these higher levels of fitness and health.  I found joy in helping them reach those goals and find those solutions.

I wanted to pursue that joy in my career, too, so I went and got a personal training certification.  I learned so much while I was learning about personal training and getting that personal training certification, but one really cool thing really stood out to me amongst it all.

Through a time of learning, I found about this tool called the kettlebell. I use a kettlebell still today so much so that I actually keep a kettlebell in my back office because I use it throughout the day to help me bring my energy levels up.  I use it pretty often, and it keeps me active and energized.

Instead of going and reaching for that afternoon coffee, I go to the back of the office and use the kettlebell a little bit, which helps bring my energy up.  Then, when I go out and serve my patients, I can help them at my fullest level so that I can help them reach their fullest potential.
