Heidi Kuni’s Testimonial

My name is Heidi Kuni. I live in Los Angeles, California and I started coming to The Specific Chiropractic about a year ago.

I came here after probably four or five years of suffering from thyroid-like symptoms. When I first started coming here, I could barely get out of bed in the morning. I was dealing with a lot of pain, lower back pain, pain in all of my joints, and pain in my hips. It was pretty difficult to walk.

I kind of think back to that time now and I I kind of envision myself as like this 85-year-old woman, who’s kind of creeping around. I came here because I just wanted to feel better. I wasn’t really expecting anything because I had tried so many things before and nothing ever worked.

I have two small children and I just wanted to play with them. I wanted to be able to run around and play with them. I was always in so much pain that I couldn’t.

I can say that I can play with my children today. You know, a couple of weeks ago, we were running around the house playing hide and seek and I get to do the things now that I never thought I could before; I get to run and play with my kids, and we get to go to the park.

I take them out on walks, and it’s really amazing. I don’t know how everything works, but I was committed and I definitely followed through with a long-term plan. I think that it had a lot to do with it.

My experience with Dr. Drew and The Specific Chiropractic has really been amazing. I think one of the most awesome things about coming here is that I never feel like anybody has ever judged me. They always listen and they’re an amazing information resource. I get to hear lots of new and interesting facts and about different kinds of research or natural medicines, which is another thing that I really, really like, because, I think our standard Western medicine doesn’t work.

I’ve tried many, many things before and never gotten anywhere, so I’m glad that I came here.

I’m glad  that I followed through with my plan, and I’m glad that I get to play with my kids every day.
